My Story.

At 53kg, I was the smallest guy in every room, I tried following other peoples workout routine, but nothing worked.Over the next few years, I dedicated myself to learning real training principles and nutrition. I transformed from a 53kg, extremely underweight kid into someone who gained over 30kg of muscle in just three years.
